| Seabreeze Renvyle B&B |
Seabreeze Renvyle B&Bは、ゴールウェイ州、コネマラ国立公園 (★：英語) の近くにあります。
ここで私達は通常のB&Bの部屋に2泊、セルフ・ケータリングの部屋(自炊部屋)に
2泊しました。
Seabreeze Renvyle B&B is near Connemara National Park (★) , Galway.
We stayed here two nights as B&B and two nights as self catering.

| ロビー 滞在中、一度も使うことはありませんでしたが、 居心地はよさそうでした。 Lobby While staying, we never used it , but it seemed comfortable. |

| この部屋に2泊しました。 溜まった洗濯物も、B&Bのオーナーさんがしてくれました。 外出から帰ると乾いた洗濯物が畳まれて部屋にありました。 ありがとうございました〜！ We stayed in this room for two nights. We left laundry here.
When we returned from going out, dry laundry was folded and in the room.

| B&Bのビスケットと紅茶 このB＆Bの残念なところは、部屋にケトルがなくお茶を飲むのに、 ダイニングルームへ行かなければならないところでした。 この形式は、私の経験した宿泊施設では初めてのことでした。 他は素敵でした。 B&B's Biscuit and Tea The disappointing part of this B＆B was that we had to come to the dining room to make tea, because there are no kettles in the rooms. This format was my first time in any accommodation facility. Every thing else was lovely. |

レターフラック / Letterfrack 村の小さなスーパーで食料及びワインを購入し、
B&Bで食べました。赤ワインが思ったよりも美味しかった!
Dinner
We bought food and wine at a small supermarket in Letterfrack village
and ate in the B & B. The red wine was better than I guessed.

| 朝食 'ウィローパターン' の食器を使用しています。 私は英国留学(専門は陶芸)中に、この柄を知りました。 Breakfast They use a 'Willow Pattern' dish. I knew this pattern when studying in Britain (my department was ceramics). |

ウィローパターンの物語は、話は複数存在しますが、大筋は、この世で結ばれることができなかったカップルが、亡くなったのち、鳥に姿を変えて結ばれるという
結構悲しいお話です。
それがなぜ人気なのか、ちょっと私にはわかりませんが、物語をぬきにして、西洋人にはこの柄が非常にアジアの香り(異国情緒)
がするのでしょう。
悲劇がロマンティックに感じられるのかもしれません。
また、このお話は陶磁器メーカーによって作られたと言われています。
青と白の組み合わせが基本ですが、他の組み合わせやフルカラーもあります。
18世紀、英国はまともな磁器が作れず、陶器にウィローパターンを使用し、磁器らしく見せました。(現在は磁器なのかもしれません）
時には、母から子へとそのセットが継がれてゆくこともあるようです。

| Willow Pattern |
Willow Pattern is popular in the UK, but it also seems to be popular in Ireland …
The story of the 'Willow Pattern' has more than one story, though the
outline is a relatively sad story that a couple could not be
tied in this world, and after they pass away, they are transformed
into birds and are wedded.
I
do not know why it is popular, however, even without the story this
pattern is very Asian (exotic) for Westerners.
The
tragedy may be felt romantic.
Also, it is said that this story was made by a ceramic manufacturer.
The
combination of 'Blue and White' is basic, but also there are a few other colour combinations or full colour designs.
In
the 18th century, Britain could not make porcelain, 'Willow Pattern' was used for earthen-ware, pretend porcelain. (Nowadays there may be porcelain.)
Sometims,
it seems that sets could be inherited by child from mother.

| 白馬の親子 朝食中に馬の親子が見えました。誰も付き添っていません。 牧場から海岸へ毎朝出かけているようでした。 Mother and Pony of White House I could see the parents of a horse during breakfast. No one accompanied them.
It seemed that they went out from the ranch to the coast every morning.

 このうさぎくんは、ここがテリトリーのようで、毎日見ました。 I saw this hare every day, here must be his territory.  |

| おそらく、ムクドリの１種？ 雨脚が激しい朝、鳥達は寄り添っています。 寒そう.... Probably, a Kind of Starling? Birds are cuddling in the morning in heavy rain. They seem cold.... |

外出して帰ると、荷物が自炊の部屋へ運ばれていました。
キッチンやミニカウンターなどの写真撮影に失敗してしまい、
お見せできません。残念！
冷蔵庫に入れていたワインやビールもこちらに運ばれていました。
ありがとうございます。
Self Catering Room
When
we got out and left B&B room,
our
baggage was moved to the self-catering room.
I
failed to take pictures of kitchen and mini-counter, so I cannot show
you.
That's
too bad!
The
wine and beer were in the refrigerator which were also brought here.
Thank
you very much.

 Dinner
We bought food and bread for our dinner
from a relatively large supermarket in Clifden.
We chose the food of Ireland as much as possible.  ハムは地元のもの / Ham is a local product.

4) 8月21日 / 21st of August
この日は、一日中、大雨で、その影響でネットも遮断されてしまいました。
ですが、この日は、もともと休憩日にしていて、B&Bから外出しないと決めていました。
余力があれば、B&Bの海岸沿いのガーデンや近所を散歩しようと思っていましたが、結局雨が降り続いていたので、ずっと屋内で過ごしました。

On
this day, there was heavy rain all day, the Internet connection was broken somehow by weather.
However, in our plan for this day we would have a rest day and decided not to
go out from the B & B.
If
we have enough energy we would be going to take a walk in their coastal garden
and nearby the B & B.

It
was raining, so we stayed indoors all the time.

| このベンチも利用しませんでした。 ピクニックテーブルもベンチも、この日が晴れなら使用していたでしょう。 We did not use this bench. Both the picnic table and the bench would been have used if this day had been sunny. |

| 夕飯 暖かい何かをと、カリフラワー・チーズ・スープを作りました。 アイルランド産のクミン入りチーズを使いました。 Dinner We wanted to have something warm, so I made a cauliflower-cheese-soup. I used 'Irish cheese' : 'Cumin Cheese'. |

この白も美味しく飲みました。
主にRはビール、私はワイン。
We enjoyed this white wine, too.
Mainly R had beer and I had wine.

8月22日、B&Bを離れる前に、21日にできなかった散歩をしました。
それはのちのセクションに載せます。
On
August 22, before we left our B & B, we took a walk that we could not do
on the 21st.
Our walking will be in a later section.
