ワージング/ Worthing からロンドンへ帰る途中で、 'Hartfield / ハートフィールド'村 に寄りました。

ここは『クマのプーさん』(1926, A.A.ミルン: 1882-1956, 作) の故郷で世界中からこの本の愛読者がやって来ます。

We visited Hartfield on our way home to London.

 Hartfield is the location of "Winnie-the-Pooh" (1926, A.A.Milne:1882-1956), and readers come here from all over the world.

のもとになった家がプーグッズお店になっています。

ディズニーのものが殆どで、このお店のオリジナルや
メイド イン UK (Britain, England) を探すのが結構大変！

This is the setting of the story 'The House at Pooh Corner'
which is a shop for Pooh. 
Most things are by Disney, it is difficult finding things 
which are made in UK( Britain, England).

The shop has a cafe and you can have tea
in their garden.

私達は屋内から庭をながめつつ、お茶をいただきました。
We looked at the garden, while we had tea. 

'プーの森' (プー棒投げ橋) へ行く前後に、
私達はここでお茶をとりました。
Rはクランペットとホットサンドイッチも
それぞれのお茶の時間に食べました。

We had tea time here before walking in Pooh's Forest
(Poohsticks Bridge)  and afterwards.
R had Crumpet and Hot Sandwich in each tea time.

初版が1926年10月14日なので、この手紙の日付は2010年10月14日。
世界で500部しかないとのこと...?
このお店のもとのオーナーさんが店を手放す前に
作成しました。

The letter for 84th Birthday of "Winnie-the-Pooh" .
The first edition was 10th of October in 1926,
so these are dated : 10th of October in 2010.
The original owner made them before he sold the shop.
